GenNx360 Capital, a New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market business services and industrial companies, completed its acquisition of Precision Aviation, a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) and supply chain solutions for fixed and rotary-wing aircraft serving diverse end markets, from PNC Riverarch Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. "PAG is a leading provider of MRO services with a talented management team and a lot of growth potential.
