Global Payments completed the acquisition of AdvancedMD from Marlin.

Global Payments, a provider of payment technology and software solutions, completed the acquisition of AdvancedMD, provider cloud-based software as a service solutions to small-to-medium sized ambulatory physician practices, from Marlin for $700m. “We are delighted to expand our owned software portfolio with the addition of AdvancedMD, a leader in the large and fragmented healthcare vertical market.
