TPG Growth and The Rise Fund completed the acquisition of CLEAResult from General Atlantic.

TPG Growth, the middle-market and growth equity platform within TPG, and The Rise Fund, a investing fund managed by TPG, completed the acquisition of CLEAResult, designer and implementor of technology-enabled energy efficiency programs for utilities, from General Atlantic.
