Kao completed the acquisition of Washing Systems from Gryphon Investors.

Kao, a global company in innovative cleaning applications and hygiene management, completed its acquisition of Washing Systems, the leading provider of innovative wash processing, waste-water treatment, and technical services to the commercial laundry industry, from Gryphon Investors.
