Acquisition of TGP by Arena Events

Acquisition of TGP, an exhibition stand design and build company based in Dubai, by Arena Events, a provider of temporary physical structures, seating, ice rinks, furniture and interiors. Purchase price was $10.7m, subject to earnings performance. The transaction includes the acquisition of the office and warehouse in which TGP operates and which will become the headquarters of the Arena Middle East division.
