SchlegelGiesse, the International Division of London quoted Tyman plc, has acquired Reguitti, the Italian-based manufacturer of handles and assorted accessories for doors and windows, along with its sister brands Tropex Design and Jatec. This strategic acquisition, which is immediately effective, extends the SchlegelGiesse portfolio of high-quality hardware solutions to timber, aluminium and PVC internal and external doors and windows.
