Private equity firm Antin Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of Solvtrans, the world's largest wellboat company for transport of live salmon and trout, from Oaktree Capital Management. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Sølvtrans is an outstanding business which exhibits all of the characteristics we look for in a portfolio company. The business operates in a market exposed to strong underlying macro drivers, and is well placed to benefit from the strong increase in protein consumption worldwide.
