Disposal of Mriya Farming PLC's Ukrainian farming assets to Saudi Agricultural & Livestock Investment Company.

Mriya Farming PLC and Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company have entered into a share purchase agreement for the sale to SALIC of the Mriya group`s Ukrainian farming assets, including infrastructure facilities, machinery, and companies owning land lease agreements.
