Arbor Investments completed the acquisition of Exclusive Brands business from Mars Petcare.

Arbor Investments, a specialized private equity firm that focuses exclusively on acquiring premier companies in the food, beverage and related industries, completed the acquisition of Exclusive Brands business from Mars Petcare, a pet nutrition and health care business. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Pet has been a priority for us.
