Applied-Cleveland, a leading provider of inspection and integrity management services for energy infrastructure assets in North America, acquired the inspection business of STS Consulting. Applied-Cleveland is a portfolio company of First Reserve, a leading global private equity investment firm exclusively focused on energy. Financial terms were not disclosed.
