Bertelsmann completed the acquisition of OnCourse from CIP Capital.

Bertelsmann Education Group completed its acquisition of OnCourse, a provider of talent management, e-learning, and governance, risk and compliance solutions for highly regulated industries, from CIP Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of OnCourse Learning is an important strategic step for Bertelsmann in several respects. We are expanding our education business to include a company with considerable growth potential.
