Shiji Group completed the acquisition of StayNTouch.

Shiji Group, a hotel technology firm, completed the acquisition of StayNTouch, a provider of hotel property management systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Becoming part of the Shiji Group is exciting for us. Our incredible growth has been exciting but joining a larger group with local sales and support network globally means we can bring our technology to many more hotels while still remaining close to our clients.
