Sunbelt Rentals to acquire Midwest High Reach for $42m.

Sunbelt Rentals, the US-based equipment rental company, and a subsidiary of Ashtead Group, has acquired Midwest High Reach, the US-based equipment rental agency, for $42m. Midwest High Reach distributes and rents equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, forklifts and other construction equipment.
