Hitachi Construction Machinery and Kiesel completed the formation of Kenki Technology Group.

Construction machines manufacturer Hitachi Construction Machinery and Kiesel completed the formation of Kenki Technology Group, a joint venture to develop and distribute electric construction machines. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This significant move will expedite the time to market for Hitachi’s advanced zero-emission construction and special application machinery, as well as ICT-supported products. It will also serve to meet the demands of the European market, with a focus on environmental concerns and the challenges faced by Hitachi owners," Hitachi.
