Segulah acquired Sungard Availability Services.

Segulah, a Nordic private equity firm, acquired Sungard Availability Services, which operates two data centers and one recovery site in the Stockholm area. Financial terms were not disclosed. Going forward, the business will operate under the new corporate name Conapto. “I look forward to working together with Segulah to grow Conapto and develop the business for our customers. We will create a platform for our clients where they can meet the IT needs of tomorrow, and be a natural step in their migration to the cloud”, says Håkan Björklund, new CEO at Conapto.
