BridgePoint acquires the majority stake in HTL Ltd. from Naxicap Partners

Bridge Point Advisors Limited, private equity firm, specialized in growth capital investments and buyouts, acquires the majority stake in HTL Ltd., the firm engaged in telecommunications equipment, from the Naxicap Partners, private equity firm, engaged in direct or fund investments. Financial terms of the deal are undisclosed. BridgePoint international network will be able to assist HTL with its global development, particularly in Asia and in North America, where BridgePoint are already present.
