Ventrica, a European, award-winning, outsourced contact centre, has attracted a £9m investment from Mobeus Equity Partners. With support from Mobeus, the company plans further investment to expand its footprint in the UK and Europe to support its growing multi-lingual client base that serves customers across global markets. However, the strategy is to remain medium-sized.
