Primary Capital sold its stake in Esteem Systems to Roc Technologies

Roc Technologies, the fast growing and award-winning UK based Transformation Services Provider announced it had acquired Data Centre, Cloud and Managed Service Specialists Esteem Systems from Primary Capital, a UK-based private capital firm. No terms were disclosed. The acquisition will build strategic customer value by extending the digital infrastructure and managed services capabilities of both organisations.
