Walmart eCommerce Family acquired Bare Necessity

Walmart Inc., the world renowned acquired Bare Necessity through its subsidiary Walmart eCommerce Family. The financial terms of the deal are undisclosed. Bare Necessities will continue to operate its site as it has and will run as a standalone and complementary brand to our other eCommerce sites.
