Platinum Equity sold Exterion Media, an out-of-home media services provider to Global, radio broadcasting company, for £400m. Current chief executive of Exterion Leon Taviansky will transition with the business to Global Outdoor, which will be overseen by Stephen Miron, Global’s group chief executive. The purchase will help the media organisation bulk up its newly-formed OOH division.
