Tikehau Capital and BPI France invested €150mln, representing 24% stake, in GreenYellow

Casino Group, leader in the global food retail market, Tikehau Capital and BPI France, national investment bank, announce today the signing of an agreement under which Tikehau Capital and Bpifrance will enter the capital of GreenYellow, Casino's subsidiary dedicated to solar energy and energy efficiency solutions, via a capital increase of €150mln, representing a 24% stake. Rothschild & Co acted as financial advisor for CasinoGroup.
