Indiana Limestone completed the merger with Polycor.

Private equity firm, Wynnchurch Capital, has merged its portfolio company, Indiana Limestone Holdings, a producer of natural dimensional limestone, with Polycor Holding, a producer of dimensional stone. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Indiana Limestone represented an opportunity to rejuvenate a company with a strong brand, broad distribution, and differentiated products.
