Elanders, a Swedish printing company doing business in ten countries and directing a number of subsidiaries, sold its China operations to Edelmann Group, a leading global manufacturer of paper and board packaging solutions for the beauty care. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of a second site in China is tremendously important for the Edelmann Group as it creates a new hub for beauty care and consumer brands markets that we previously could not serve in this area.
