Astorg Partners acquired Nemera Development from Montagu for €1 bn

Astorg Partners, acquired a majority stake in Nemera Development, a company that designs, develops and manufactures drug delivery devices for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology & generics industries, from Montagu Private Equity. The offer values Nemera Development at €1bn. Nemera would be jointly controlled by Astorg and Montagu. “While committing to acquire the business in full, Astorg has offered Montagu the opportunity to reinvest as a partner in the next phase of Nemera’s growth, alongside its management team,” Astorg side said.
