Westland Horticulture acquired Gardman Group from Rutland

Westland Horticulture acquired Gardman Group, supplier of wild bird care products, tooling, lighting, and gardening sundries to the garden sector, from Rutland. The financial terms of the deal are undisclosed. Edward Conroy, Managing Director at Westland, said: "We have always believed that Gardman is an important part of the gardening landscape, and we are committed to maintaining this for the long term".
