Atlas Partners acquired a minority stake in Hub International.

Atlas Partners, a Canadian private equity firm, acquired a minority stake in Hub International, a leading global insurance brokerage. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction implies a total enterprise value for Hub of over $10bn. Scott Werry, a Managing Partner of Altas said, “Hub has distinguished itself as the premier mid-market insurance brokerage through its unique regional structure and long, consistent track record of success.
