Duck Creek acquired distribution management provider Outline Systems.

Duck Creek Technologies announced today that it has acquired Outline Systems, a New Jersey-based provider of P&C insurance distribution channel management software and longstanding member of Duck Creek’s partner ecosystem. Effective immediately, Outline’s flagship product, now branded as Duck Creek Distribution Management, will be offered alongside Duck Creek’s best-in-class P&C insurance solutions – and as with all other Duck Creek software, it will be available via Duck Creek OnDemand, the provider’s SaaS solution for the P&C insurance industry. “Outline’s distribution channel management software is a natural addition to Duck Creek’s platform and marks an important milestone in our growth strategy,” said Michael Jackowski, CEO of Duck Creek Technologies. “We’re proud to welcome Outline’s employees to the Duck Creek family and to continue to work together to improve the many aspects of P&C distribution management together.”
