TerraNova Partners acquired York Analytical Laboratories

TerraNova Partners, a multi-disciplined and diversified investment fund focused primarily on private equity investments, acquired York Analytical Laboratories, one of the leading environmental laboratories in the Northeast US. Financial terms were not disclosed. “YORK has all of the attributes we look for in growing companies.
