Capvis Private Equity, one of the leading private equity companies in Europe, acquired Variosystems AG, an internationally active electronics service company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Capvis plans to use its commitment and capital primarily to invest in the Variosystems' additional growth and to support Variosystems in expanding its strategic competitive advantages.
