QinetiQ acquires a majority stake in Inzpire Group Limited

QinetiQ, a leading science and engineering company operating primarily in the defence, security and critical infrastructure markets, acquired a majority stake in Inzpire Group Limited, a multi award-winning supplier of advanced defence training, technical services and cutting-edge mission systems, for £23.5m.
