Bain Capital completed the investment in Dealer Tire

Bain Capital, one of the world’s leading private multi-asset alternative investment firms, completed the investment in Dealer Tire, a national leader in replacement tire and parts distribution for automotive dealerships. Financial terms were not disclosed.
