Thomson Reuters acquired Integration Point, a privately owned software company headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This acquisition complements the Thomson Reuters' ONESOURCE global tax compliance operations and expands its commitment to software and cloud-based offerings. Integration Point’s technology platform will allow Thomson Reuters to provide a single, scalable GTM platform and serve customers with an enhanced trade-management solution.
