Naxicap acquires Let's Go Fitness from Afinum

Naxicap Partners acquired Let's Go Fitness, largest operator of fitness centres in French speaking Switzerland, from Afinum Management, an independent financial investor wholly-owned by its management with offices in Munich, Zurich, Vienna and Hongkong, specializing in the acquisition of shareholdings in financially sound and successful mid-market companies in the Germanspeaking region as well as in neighbouring countries in Europe. Financial terms were not disclosed.
