Acquisition by Inapa of Papyrus.

Synopsis

Acquisition by Inapa of Papyrus, a Germany-based paper distribution company, from OptiGroup. Financial terms were not disclosed. Inapa plans to merge its German subsidiary, Papier Union with Papyrus Deutschland to create a leading paper merchant on the market with a staff of 1,000 people and a combined business volume of some €900m, the company announced.
