B.C. Jindal Group acquired Treofan Europe.

B.C. Jindal Group, an industry leader in the development and manufacture of specialty packaging and labeling film solutions, acquired Treofan Europe, a leading manufacturer of biaxially oriented polypropylene films for packaging, labels and technical applications. Financial terms were not disclosed. Manfred Kaufmann, CEO Jindal Films Europe, commented: "I am looking forward to joining forces. The combined experience and knowledge of the two teams will further strengthen the group. Merging both businesses will allow us to accelerate the group's growth and to become the most innovative solution provider for recyclable packaging."
