Acquisition by CITIC Capital Partners and FountainVest Partners of a 55% stake in China Merchants Loscam International Holdings, a Hong Kong-based provider of pooling and returnable packaging solutions, for CNY2.45bn. Sinotrans believes the disposal will bring substantial cash flow for the company, which enables the company to continue its resources integration.
