Bouygues Telecom acquisition of 43.6% of Keyyo valuing firm at €62m

Synopsis

Bouygues Telecom has opened exclusive negotiations to acquire an initial stake of 43.6 percent in Keyyo, a B2B operator offering a range of VoIP and fixed-mobile convergent services in the French SME market. Once the transaction is completed, the company plans to launch a voluntary public tender offer for all other outstanding shares. For both operations, it will pay EUR 34 per share, 30% premium to closing price of 26 euros on Oct. 24.
