Strikwerda Investments, a Dutch family-owned investment firm acquired NEH, an ICT outsourcer active in the housing corporation sector. Financial terms were not disclosed. Strikwerda Investments will merge NEH with its subsidiary VANCIS, an ICT outsourcer active in educative sector. Both companies will continue under the name Total Specific Hosting. Strikwerda Investments want to acquire other ICT outsources and unite them under the newly formed TSH brand.
