SCA Health, a management and development of ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and specialty practices, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in Orthopedic Surgery Center of Palm Beach County, a provider of comprehensive musculoskeletal surgical care. Financial terms were not disclosed.
