Stifel completed the acquisition of Mainfirst Bank.

Stifel Nicolaus Europe, a full-service middle-market investment bank based in London, completed the acquisition of Mainfirst Bank. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The combined entity will employ more than 400 professionals, operating out of nine offices. "Today is a remarkable day for our firm.
