AO World to acquire Mobile Phones Direct for £32.5m

AO World Plc (LSE:AO), a leading European online electrical retailer, agreed to acquire Mobile Phones Direct Limited, a leading online-only retailer of mobile phones in the United Kingdom, for a cash-free, debt-free enterprise value of £32.5m. The Acquisition will significantly increase the scale and sophistication of AO's mobile proposition.
