Grupa Zywiec, a subsidiary of Heineken NV, agreed to acquire Browar Namyslow from Chicago Poland Investment Group, investment banking company, for PLN500bn. Zywiec and Browar Namyslow are complementing each other in a business manner. The transaction should help both companies increase their revenues.
