SnapAV LLC acquired Volutone Distributing Co., the largest distributor of audiovisual equipment

SnapAV acquired Volutone Distributing Co. The financial terms of the transaction were not announced. Volutone is the leading regional audio/visual, home and commercial technology distributor in the United States, with seven distribution centers in Southern California and Las Vegas. SnapAV is a manufacturer and exclusive source of audio/visual, CCTV and networking products for professional integrators. The Volutone acquisition will allow dealers to purchase SnapAV products at each of its locations, in addition to the Volutone distributed brands the company currently carries. SnapAV, Allnet, and Volutone will continue to support current product portfolios with the dealer-first approach.
