Legrand to buy remaining stake in Netatmo

Legrand, French electronic devices manufacturer agreed to acquire remaining stake in Netatmo, French smart home solutions provider, for undisclosed amount. The acquisition of Netatmo will enable Legrand to strengthen its presence in the smart home market, and speed up the development of Eliot, its program for connected solutions.
