Forbes Energy Services completed the acquisition of Cretic Energy Services.

Forbes Energy Services, an independent oilfield services contractor, completed the acquisition of Cretic Energy Services, an oil and gas support services provider, from Catapult Energy Services Group, an NGP and NGP Energy Technology Partners portfolio company.
