BlackBerry Limited has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Cylance, an artificial intelligence and cybersecurity leader, for $1.4bn. “Cylance’s leadership in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity will immediately complement our entire portfolio, UEM and QNX in particular.
