Viridor Waste Management Limited to acquire 37.43% stake in Manchester Waste TPS Co. from John Laing's

Viridor Waste Management Limited, is exercising its pre-emption rights over John Laing's shareholding in Manchester Waste TPS Co. Viridor Waste Management Limited will acquire 37.43% stake for £54.5m. It is expected that a sale of shareholding in Manchester Waste TPS Co and purchase agreement will be entered into shortly and that the transaction could complete during 2018.
