Hyundai acquired Hanwha L&C from Morgan Stanley.

Hyundai Group acquired Hanwha L&C, which manufactures and sells building materials in the Republic of Korea, from Morgan Stanley. The purchase price was KRW368bn. The deal would create an industry leader through a merger with Hyundai Livart, a home interior unit of Hyundai Department Store.
