Keba acquired two companies from Korber.

Keba, an international developer and manufacturer of automation solutions for the industrial, banking, services and energy automation areas, acquired two German automation companies, LTI Motion and Heinz Fiege GmbH, from Korber, a diviersified industrials holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, KEBA is rapidly continuing its course of growth, significantly expanding its market position in industrial automation. With the acquisition, the KEBA Group will grow from 1200 to over 1700 employees.
