PAI Partners acquired Stella Holdings from Intermediate Capital Group.

PAI Partners acquired Stella Holdings, the leader in the French roller shutter market, from Intermediate Capital Group. Financial terms were not disclosed. PAI intends to support the current management team in its plans to grow the business further, both organically and through acquisition.
